Haideh was amazing. I sold property as a POA from out of state. Haideh handled all of the details for me and had open lines of communication throughout the entire process since I couldn’t be present. She helped me navigate the sale and took full charge, knowing what this transaction meant to our family. She sold in a timely manner and made sure the buyer met the criteria set by the association. Haideh was fantastic. She really explained the entire process to us. She assisted us in getting our coop ready for showing and in a matter of 1 open house got us a price in the tens of thousands more then our original ask. Haideh is the most aggressive and hardworking agent, she helped staging, she gave feedback after open houses, and she followed up with all parties until closing. With her we didn't have to worry a thing. She's the best!
